The following conditions apply to all Aerotek Welding Company Supplier Purchase Orders
Supplier must provide access by AeroTek Welding personnel, our customer, and/or relevant regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the order and to all applicable records.
Supplier must notify AeroTek Welding of nonconforming product prior to shipment.
Supplier must obtain AeroTek Welding approval for disposition of nonconforming product.
Supplier must notify AeroTek Welding of changes to product or process, changes of its suppliers, changes of manufacturing facility location, and obtain AeroTek Welding approval of changes.
Supplier must flow down applicable requirements to its supply chain.
For electrodes and weld wire only, supplier must provide a conflict-free minerals statement for the material supplied to AeroTek Welding.
For chemical substances only, supplier must provide a Safety Data Sheet.
